For four decades we have built only two kinds of room — the sauna, where the body softens, and the cellar, where time itself is held. Each is a quiet conversation between Finnish craft, climate engineering, and the architecture of the home it lives in.
Hand-fitted in cedar, hemlock, or aspen. Heated by Finnish stoves carried since 1916. Built to receive the löyly — the steam that rises when water meets stone — for the next forty years.
White oak, walnut, or sapele — joined by hand, hung with frameless glass, breathed by precision climate control. From 200-bottle nooks beneath stairs to grand display halls for collections of six thousand.

A guided conversation about light, sound, materials, ritual, and the body of the room. Site visit when geography allows; otherwise plans and video.
Photo-real visualizations of the space — wood, glass, lighting, joinery — before a single piece of cedar is cut. Approval at this stage protects every dollar that follows.
